When we look at the gas cable and clutch cable that exist under FU motorcycle handlebars, there is a hook / small bracket to link the two cables so that they are always in a position attached to the body / frame motors.


Maybe for some people, is only limited supplementary bracket on the motor, but actually quite a big influence too.

Cable is not attached to the bracket will automatically reduce the neatness of our motorbike. In addition, the cable is moving freely there are likely to experience due to friction blisters / wedged between the body and the shock breaker.


Please note that the outer layer of rubber covering the wires are made from the second layer with a screw-shaped iron materials. Both these materials that protect the fiber cables on the motor clutch and gas.

When the outer layer was peeled off due to friction, the second layer will automatically be opened. The first risk, the second layer will be easier to have bent so that the fiber cable in it will be difficult to do because the pinched up and down movement on the changing form of cable protection.


The most severe impact, screw in the second layer will become increasingly interested due to regular movement of the fiber cable as we operate a motorcycle. In this condition, there is a possibility when we draw the gas cable, fiber cable will not come back when we loosen the gas cable back. It would be extremely dangerous to motorists and very likely to have an accident.


Some tips that can be done to avoid this is:

• Always check the cables before riding a motorcycle, make sure that both cables are always caught in the bracket.
• Immediately replace gas cable / clutch is peeling to avoid greater risks.
• Always carry a backup when the cable was damaged in the middle of the road.
